Dining in our Restaurant
We are passionate about our food. We offer a dining experience which is mostly commented ‘faultless’ by our guests. From the moment you enter, you are made to feel special by our warm, friendly and attentive team.
The evening begins in the lounge, where we provide you with a complimentary drink and canapés to nibble. These are both enjoyed comfortably, where subtle lighting and traditional features make you feel right at home.
You are then guided into our luxurious oak paneled dining room. You are greeted to a recently lit log fire and wonderful views of the garden and fells beyond. Fresh bread is provided which sets the taste buds off nicely. We offer a range of starters, main courses and puddings which can all be seen in the sample menu.
All of our food is to an exceptional level of quality and is all locally sourced where possible. We intend to exceed your expectations through the taste of our food, and we are confident that we will. It wouldn’t be fair to say goodbye at this point. So, all of our guests are welcomed back into the lounge to relax for a little longer. Tea, Coffee and home made fudge complete the evening perfectly.
