Spring has finally sprung at Winder Hall! Daffodils are popping up and we’ve already had some wonderful sunshine as well as snow – long may it last! We also have an a la carte restaurant, which offers seasonal, local produce & a great wine list to compliment your meal!

Our historic country house and restaurant is situated in the vale of Lorton, within a short drive of five of the Lake District’s most stunning lakes, and ideally located close to both the market town of Cockermouth and the adventure capital Keswick.
Whether just wanting a break away from the hustle & bustle, visiting us on business, or booking us exclusively for your special wedding or party, we’ll offer you hospitality with a big heart from the friendly team here! Come & wander in the gardens and relax on the terrace with a drink, or take a dip in the hot tub and sauna to unwind.
